Animate your design and download an MP4 video

Every page of a design plays as a scene of the video. Make a design in the size you need (for example Instagram Story 1080 × 1920 for Reels, Shorts and TikTok), then add pages for more scenes.

• Animate one element: select it and click Animate (the sparkle button), then choose how it enters, moves and exits, the speed, and when it starts.
• Animate a whole page: click an empty part of the page and pick a style under Animate & video (Rise, Pop, Fade, Slide, Zoom, Bounce or Typewriter). Elements enter one after another in reading order, and photos get a slow camera move.
• Page length and transitions: under Animate & video, set how many seconds the page plays and how the page comes in (fade, slide, zoom, wipe or circle).

• Video clips: upload an MP4, WebM or MOV in Uploads. A clip fills the page and the page plays as long as the clip. Select it to trim it (Start at / End at), turn its sound on or off and set the volume.
• Music: click an empty part of the page, then Animate & video → Add music. Pick a song from the library or upload an MP3/M4A. Set the volume and where the song starts; it fades in and out and repeats if the video is longer. Only use music you have the rights to use.

One video for every platform: in the video window, pick the sizes you need — 9:16 (Reels, Stories, TikTok, Shorts), 4:5 (feed), 1:1 (square) or 16:9 (YouTube). The design is re-arranged automatically for each size: backgrounds and clips fill the page and text stays inside it. Premium downloads all sizes at once in a ZIP; use “Fine-tune this size as a separate design” to adjust one by hand.

AI promo video: Create a design → Make a promo video with AI. Describe the video in a sentence, choose its length (15, 30 or 60 s), size and style, and optionally pick your own photos. The AI plans the scenes, makes the pictures (2 credits each; your own photos are free), and adds captions, motion, transitions, a call-to-action and music. It opens in the editor, where everything can be changed.

Click Play video at the bottom of the editor to watch it, then Download MP4. The video is made on your device, so nothing is uploaded; keep the tab open until it's done. Videos can be up to 3 minutes long.

Free plan: HD 720p with a small “Made with RS Image Studio” label. Premium: Full HD 1080p without the label. For Instagram, use Chrome, Edge or Safari, which create the H.264 videos Instagram expects.
