AI Usage Policy

On-device AI

Background removal, object erasing, content-aware expansion, enhancement and OCR run in your browser using open-source models and algorithms. Your image is not uploaded for this processing.

Cloud AI

Cloud features (such as text-to-image generation and generative fill) send your prompt and, where needed, your image to the configured AI provider. Each operation shows its credit cost before you start. Credits are reserved when a job starts and refunded automatically if it fails.

We do not use your content to train AI models. You can disable cloud AI in Settings → Preferences → Privacy.

Your responsibilities

• Don't generate content prohibited by the Acceptable Use Policy, including deceptive images of real people or events presented as real.
• Don't include personal or sensitive information about others in prompts.
• Review AI results before publishing. Consider labelling AI-generated images where your audience would expect it.
• AI results may resemble existing works; you are responsible for ensuring your use doesn't infringe others' rights.

Safety

Providers may block prompts or images that violate their policies. We may limit or suspend AI access for accounts that misuse it.
