Questions
Is the free plan really free?
Yes. The editor, templates, exports and on-device tools (background remover, object eraser, compressor, OCR and more) are free with generous limits. No card required.
What are AI credits?
Cloud AI features, like text-to-image generation, run on a paid third-party service, so each operation costs credits. On-device AI tools don't use credits. Every plan includes monthly credits, and you can see each operation's cost before you run it.
Can I cancel anytime?
Yes. Cancel from Settings → Plan & billing. Premium stays active until the end of the period you've paid for, and your designs remain available on the Free plan.
What happens to my designs if I downgrade?
Nothing is deleted. You keep all designs; Premium-only templates and higher limits simply stop being available for new work.
Which payment methods do you accept?
Payments are processed securely by our payment provider, which supports cards and popular local methods such as UPI and net banking where available. We never see or store your card number.
