Cancellation & Refund Policy

Subscriptions

Premium is billed in advance (monthly or yearly) through our payment partner and renews automatically at the end of each period until you cancel. The price, including any applicable taxes, is shown before you pay.

When a free trial is offered, you approve auto-pay (UPI Autopay or card mandate) when you start, but the first payment is only taken when the trial ends, on the date shown at checkout. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged; Premium stays available until the trial's end date. One free trial per account.

How to cancel

You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing. No further payments are taken after cancellation, and Premium stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for. After that your account moves to the Free plan; your designs are kept.

Refunds

Because Premium features are available immediately after payment, payments for a period that has started are not refundable, except where required by law.

If you were charged twice, charged after cancelling, or charged in error, write to rskusum@rsappsstudio.com within 7 days of the charge with your account email and payment reference. Verified erroneous charges are refunded to the original payment method; banks usually take 5–7 working days to show the refund.

AI credits have no cash value and are not refundable. Credits for an AI operation that fails are returned to your balance automatically.
