Frequently asked questions

Is my photo uploaded?

Your photo is sent to our own server, where an open-source HD AI model (ISNet) finds the subject. It is processed in memory and never stored. If you prefer, choose "Use on-device AI instead" to process it entirely in your browser; on-device AI is also used automatically when the daily HD limit is reached.

Which photos work best?

Clear subjects with good contrast against the background — people, products, pets and objects.
