Terms of Service

Your account

You must provide accurate information, keep your password secure and be at least 13 years old (or the minimum age in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account.

Your content

You keep all rights to the images and designs you create or upload. You give us a limited license to host, process, display and transmit your content only as needed to operate the service for you (for example, to generate previews, exports and shared links).

You must have the rights to everything you upload, and you must not use the service to infringe others' rights. See the Acceptable Use Policy.

Templates and library content

Templates, graphics, icons and fonts in RS Image Studio are licensed to you for use in your designs. You may not resell or redistribute them as standalone files or templates. Fonts and icons are open-source and remain under their own licenses.

AI features

AI results are generated automatically and may be inaccurate or unexpected. You are responsible for reviewing results and for how you use them. AI features must be used in line with the AI Usage Policy. Cloud AI operations use credits; credits have no cash value and are not refundable except where required by law.

Plans, billing and cancellation

Premium is billed in advance for the selected period through our payment provider, at the price shown at checkout. Subscriptions renew automatically until cancelled. You can cancel at any time in Settings → Plan & billing; Premium remains active until the end of the paid period. Taxes may apply. Except where required by law, payments are non-refundable.

Acceptable use

You agree to follow the Acceptable Use Policy. We may remove content or suspend accounts that violate it.

Service changes and availability

We work to keep RS Image Studio available and your work safe, but the service is provided "as is" and may change or be interrupted. Keep copies of important files.

Termination

You may stop using the service and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms or the law, with notice where reasonable.

Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, RS Apps Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential damages, and our total liability is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, without regard to conflict-of-law rules, unless the law of your country of residence requires otherwise.
