Editor basics: layers, text, shapes and images

Use the left rail to add text, shapes, graphics, stickers, icons, frames, charts, tables, QR codes and your uploads. Click an element on the canvas to select it; Shift-click to select several.

The panel on the right shows properties for the selection: font, size, color, effects, opacity, filters and more. With nothing selected it shows page settings like size and background.

Open Layers to reorder, rename, lock, hide or group elements. Locked layers can't be moved by accident.

Zoom with Ctrl/Cmd + mouse wheel or the zoom menu, and hold Space to pan. Toggle rulers, grid and snapping from the ⋯ menu.
